Hemroids usually affect the anal and the lower rectal area of our body. It can affect any kind of person. • Pain- you can usually feel pain because the veins in your anus are swelling. Aside from the pain you can also be very uncomfortable. • Bleeding on the rectum- this is one of the most common sign that a person is starting to form hemorrhoids. This is considered as the most embarrassing and alarming symptom. You will notice this after cleaning your anorectal area or after a bowel movement.

Typically the bleeding will be just slight. This happens because of hemorrhoid irritation. There can be internal or external hemorrhoids bleeding. If you think that the bleeding that you are experiencing is prolonged and profused then it will be better if you consult your doctor now.

• Itchiness- the affected area is highly irritated that is why you can feel itchiness. The reason why it is itchy is because it is really hard to clean the area where hemorrhoids usually form. Proper and thorough cleaning is needed to alleviate the feeling of itchiness.

• Lumps on the anus- these are veins that are found in the anus which have swollen because they are already filled with blood. This are usually formed when external hemorrhoids develop. Normally, lumps begin to be very small but they become larger as time passes by.

Less Common Symptoms of Hemroids

• Anal Seepage- when hemorrhoids are already filled up with blood and it is already swollen then there is a possibility for it to puff out. This will eventually result to seepage or leakage of waste materials on the anal cavity. This can affect your everyday activities and you can surely feel intolerable pain. You must seek medical attention when this happens.

• Terrible pain- once the hemorrhoid becomes thrombosed then the blood inside the hemorrhoid is already hardened and this results to too much pain. You can treat this with the help of a doctor.
